This policy applies to the mgsfirm.com website operated by Mansa Global Services LLC. It does not cover separate products, platforms or client systems, which are governed by their own terms.
Information this website collects
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies by default, and it does not create visitor accounts. The contact form does not transmit or store your message on our systems: it prepares a message and hands it to your own email application, which you then choose to send.
Information you send us directly
When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organization, contact details and the details of your inquiry. We use it only to respond to and administer that inquiry. Please do not send sensitive, classified or unnecessary personal information.
MGS Assistant (AI website assistant)
This website offers an optional AI assistant that answers questions about our capabilities, contracting information and products. Messages you type are sent to our server and processed by an AI service in order to generate a reply. Please do not submit classified, CUI, proprietary, personal or other sensitive information in the assistant.
We do not store assistant transcripts in a database or in your browser. Conversation context is held only in your current browser session and is discarded when you clear the chat or reload the page. We do not use the assistant to collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, files or lead information, and it does not create visitor profiles. Handling and retention by the AI service provider is governed by that provider's own practices, which we do not control. AI-generated responses may contain errors; verify important information with MGS directly.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell inquiry information. Business correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the inquiry, contracting activity or applicable recordkeeping obligations.

If server-side form handling, analytics or other data processing is added later, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.
